Senior Executive , Project Management (School)

MINDS is undertaking a multi-year project to relocate its Special Education Schools and Special Student Care Centres to cater to increasing enrolments for students with special needs. This position is required to serve as a business partner to provide operational, logistical and administrative support to the Schools Gardens Rebuilding, Redevelopment and Occupation Works (GROW) Senior Manager to ensure smooth execution of school relocation and redevelopment activities.

• Project Delivery and Coordination:
• Support end-to-end coordination of building/A&A works for school relocation and redevelopment projects.
• Liaise with funding agencies and appointed consultants (e.g. architects, engineers, QS), contractors and relevant authorities (e.g. BCA, SCDF, PUB) to ensure project requirements are met.
