Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the New Product Development process – manage the prioritization within the product development pipeline.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to identify relevant consumer needs and trends.
• Collaborate with Innovation and R&D to evaluate product modifications and new product development to meet those needs.
• Evaluate the business case for new product development.
• Support new product launches by coordinating various tasks across marketing, sales, application testing, pricing and operations.
• Prepare the monthly Product Management Review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Food Science.
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or trading industry; familiarity with commodity or food ingredients a plus.
