We are looking for an energetic and driven L&D professional to join our team as a Senior Executive-Process Trainer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling employee growth through impactful learning experiences.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging soft skills training programs, coordinating end-to-end learning initiatives, managing LMS operations, and supporting onboarding and organizational development efforts. The role requires strong facilitation skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
