Senior Executive (Operations)

Job Description:
Logistics and Delivery Coordination
. Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for devices, equipment, accessories, and materials.
. Arrange local and overseas deliveries, courier services, and transports schedules to meet project and operational timelines.
. Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
. Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
Inventory and Warehouse Management
. Maintain accurate inventory records for all operational stock, devices, spare parts, consumables, and accessories.
. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
. Ensure proper storage, labelling, tracking, and handling of all inventory items.
