Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Master data management for all geographies in scope
Accurately maintain financial master data which covers, but not limited to:
o General ledger accounts
o Cost centers
o Profit centers
o Tax codes
o Vendor master
o Material Master
o Customer Master
o Pricing
o Product Hierarchies
Conduct periodic reconciliations of organization's chart of accounts, including account codes, descriptions, and hierarchies, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Ensure quality of master data alongwith documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity. Initiate necessary actions against unused / redundant GLs/Cost Centres/Vendors/Materials/Customers etc. to maintain system hygiene and control.
Conduct validation checks on data shared for creation of Vendor, Customer and Material Master to build robust processes
