Job Responsibilities
Staff Engagement & Culture building
Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys, collate and analyse data and follow up on the results to improve staff engagement level.
Support Organisational Development (OD) Committee in executing OD initiatives, such as calling for tenders, liaising and coordinating with consultants on administrative matters (such as meeting scheduling, collating data/reports, etc.)
Support and/or organise on-going engagement activities such as Townhalls, Teambonding, and develop new Culture building activities or events to promote interaction and learning amongst staff.
Manage and promote employee engagement platforms such as Intranet, Viva Engage, etc to NIEC staff create new ideas to drive staff traffic to participate and use the various engagement tools and platforms.
