OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced leadership coach to design and deliver 1-on-1 and team coaching for tech leaders in Kuala Lumpur. You will guide executives through non-directive inquiry to unlock potential and improve decision-making.

You will operate autonomously to refine coaching frameworks, maintain strict respect for leaders' ownership, and share strategic insights with the C-suite. Fluent English essential; Malaysia-based or able to work on site in Kuala Lumpur.
