Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate service schedules for clients and Authorized Service Centre's (ASC), ensuring service requests are fulfilled on time.
  • Verify the authenticity of monthly service contractors' claims and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
  • Issue timely reminders to service debtors for monthly overdue accounts, with the objective of maintaining zero overdue balances.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, and handle packing and dispatch of spare parts ordered by customers or ASC via courier services.
  • Organize spare parts into designated bins or storage locations.
  • Prepare and submit relevant documents to MISG related to claims matters.
  • Perform administrative duties, including SSP applications for second-class products and preparation of second-class write-offs.
  • Prepare proposals and submit procurement requests to HQ, and issue collection notes for faulty units returned by customers or dealers.
