Key responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the managing director
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation whilst ensuring confidentiality and data security
Manage correspondence, emails and communications on behalf of senior stakeholders, maintaining a professional standard at all times
Coordinate meetings, conferences and events, including venue arrangements, catering and logistics management
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Liaise between departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Maintain office systems, procedures and filing systems, ensuring organised and efficient processes
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by senior management
