Job Description
- Conduct Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis of Food Business with respect to FSSAI regulations and Flipkart Food Safety Management System.
- Schedule and Implement Internal Audit Framework against Flipkart Food Safety standards Maintain the Seller, Store dashboard data, reports and records related to Food Safety.
- Food Safety Culture development which includes food safety training and awareness to stakeholders
- To Prepare and verify compliance guidelines, food safety annexures, seller onboarding documents / Records / Log sheets and record the deviations to ensure the system Compliance.
- Monitor prohibited/banned ingredient data based on regulatory updates
- Prepare and maintain monthly dashboard and compliance data and connect with respective stakeholders to highlight critical food safety complaints, regulatory contacts, and notices
- Food safety Documents record keeping for external, Certification and Legal Compliance Audits.
