Responsibilities

  • Provide precision-led support in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR shared services
  • Collate and verify monthly variable payments (e.g., OT, incentives, and deductions) for processing.
  • Execute government-paid leave claims (e.g., Maternity, Paternity, and Childcare) and NS makeup pay claims via respective portals.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documents; maintain accurate payroll archives for audit readiness.
  • Conduct first-level checking of payroll reports to ensure data integrity before final management approval.
  • Facilitate grant applications and absentee payroll claims.
  • Complete mandatory statutory surveys (e.g., Occupational Wage Surveys) and other labor market reports accurately.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding, including contract preparation and system updates.
