Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for RBA (Responsible Business Alliance, formerly EICC) compliance and audit, ensuring company-wide adherence to RBA standards and successful audit performance.
• Manage recruitment processes for both indirect staff and direct labor positions.
• Oversee employee welfare programs, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
• Supervise foreign worker management, including work permits, passports, and accommodation arrangements.
• Conduct and maintain 5S audits to ensure workplace organization and efficiency.
• Handle Training & Development activities, including conducting orientation for new hires, organizing retraining programs, and ensuring continuous skill development and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors as required. Job Requirements:
