Role Overview:
The RMG–PMO is responsible for effective resource planning, allocation, utilization tracking, and governance across projects. The role ensures optimal workforce utilization, supports business demands, and aligns resource capacity with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Planning & Allocation
Manage end-to-end resource allocation across projects based on demand and priorities
Collaborate with delivery, sales, and hiring teams to fulfill resource requirements
Ensure optimal utilization and minimize bench
Utilization & Capacity Management
Track resource utilization, availability, and capacity
Monitor bench, shadow, and billable status
Identify utilization gaps and recommend corrective actions
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and Business Units
Support workforce planning and forecasting
