Senior Executive - EHS

Qualification

- Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety & Health or Post Diploma in Industrial Safety & Health.
- Diploma in Environment Management

Experience: 5-6 Years

Risk Assessment and Hazard Management:
- Conduct regular risk assessments along with the Cross-function Team (CFT) of work areas to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Implement control measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and procedures during shifts.
Incident Response and Investigation:
- Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and near misses during shifts.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes and contributing factors.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
