Senior Executive, Demand & Supply Planning

The Senior Executive, Demand & Supply Planning is responsible for managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and inbound supply operations to ensure optimal stock availability and business continuity. This role works closely with Sales, Commercial, principals, and supply chain partners to balance customer demand with supply capabilities, minimize inventory risks, and support business growth through effective planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts of up to 18 months at SKU and aggregate levels using historical sales trends, market intelligence, and commercial inputs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial teams, and principals to incorporate latest promotion plans, new launches, customer plans, competitive activities, and market trends into forecast assumptions.
