The incumbent will be solely responsible for maintaining relationship and servicing for both existing and new clients.
Responsibility
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets. Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
