Senior Executive, Cargo Sales – Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• The Cargo Sales Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting Turkish Cargo’s daily sales activities, rate management, and booking operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, reservations, and partner airline coordination to deliver efficient cargo movement and maintain service quality.
• Monitor shipment records and ensure alignment between rate quotations, bookings, and system data.
• Handle daily booking requests, ad-hoc rates, and follow up on booking status.
• Respond to cargo enquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on pending or unresolved cargo issues.
• Track shipments and manage delays or rebooking with space controllers; communicate updates to agents with proper documentation.
• Process and monitor interline and local allotments, ensuring maximum utilization and adjusting bookings as needed.
