Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programmes and initiatives .
  • Assist in market benchmarking and data compilation for salary and benefits review exercises and participate in market surveys (e.g. Mercer).
  • Assist in annual performance review exercises and the the preparation of salary increment , bonus and promotion proposals .
  • Assist in the development of salary structures and compensation frameworks to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
  • Support the review and administration of employee benefits and welfare programmes .
  • Continuously review and enhance performance management systems to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
