Senior EUC & Collaboration EngineerPosition ObjectiveThis role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace technologies that enable seamless, secure, and efficient end‐user productivity.The engineer manages endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), telephony systems, videoconferencing systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.They ensure EUC and collaboration services are aligned with global standards, scalable, secure, and optimized for business needs, while also serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5–7 years in IT infrastructure or end‐user computing roles, with at least 4+ years in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.Deep understanding of EUC technologies including Windows *****, macOS, iOS, and Android ...
