Overview

ASCO’s Senior Estimator plays a major leadership role within the preconstruction team by leading the development of proposals, budgets and accurate and competitive cost estimates for ICI projects. This position is responsible for managing the estimating process from concept through bid submission ensuring that all proposals, budgets and bids are complete, competitive and aligned with the strategic goals of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Search for bid and prequalification opportunities
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date estimating system complete with labor, material, equipment, and rental costs database
• Evaluate and manage project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective
• Coordinate and participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations
