Our client is a well-established, high-end residential builder delivering genuinely bespoke architectural homes across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, Inner West and Northern Beaches. With projects ranging from $3M to $6M, they design and build in-house, meaning every project is a true one-off, not a repeated product. They've built a reputation for doing things properly, no shortcuts, no corner-cutting, and a client conversion rate that speaks for itself.
The Role
This is genuinely the most important hire in the business. It's a preconstruction-focused Estimator role, owning the process from the very first client conversation right through to build. You'll be client-facing from day one, working closely with the in-house design team on scope, value engineering and buildability, not just crunching numbers behind a desk.
