Senior Estimator

• Lead a team of junior estimators - delegate tasks and review work
• Review RFQ documents for risks and opportunities
• Develop BOM’s Labour hour estimates and subcontractor scopes and pricing
• Liaise with cross-functional departments (engineering, procurement, operations, finance) to develop estimates
• Review subcontractor and material quotes for accuracy and completeness (risks and opportunities)
• Support operations with change order quotations (as requested)
• Develop preliminary project schedules with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, planning, etc.)
• Generate and submit proposals and manage proposal deliverables

Requirements:

• Estimating experience in manufacturing and heavy industrial fabrication - marine preferred
• Preferred - Demonstrate experience in dry docking projects, steel renewals, machinery installation and overhaul, complex refits
