Job Description
Elevate your career as a Senior Construction Estimator focusing on municipal infrastructure at a leading firm. Lead the bidding and tendering lifecycle with expertise in road construction and asphalt paving.
This pivotal role reports directly to the President and focuses on municipal infrastructure projects. You will leverage over a decade of estimating experience to lead full-cycle bids, and prepare cost estimates for asphalt, concrete, and grading. Strong knowledge of roadbuilding operations is a must, as well as the ability to evaluate municipal tenders and collaborate with senior management.

• Review and assess municipal tenders for opportunities
• Manage full-cycle estimating from review to submission
• Prepare detailed estimates for asphalt and concrete works
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and document interpretations
