to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in demolition, deconstruction, and hazardous materials abatement estimating.
Position Overview The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for demolition and abatement projects throughout British Columbia. The successful candidate will work closely with management, project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure bids are thorough, competitive, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
Review project drawings, specifications, reports, and tender documents.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bid proposals, and tender submissions for demolition and abatement projects.
Complete quantity take-offs and project cost analyses.
Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
