Recruit4staff are representing a well-established Local Authority in their search for a Senior Estates Surveyor to work in Ormskirk.

Job Details:

  • Pay: £23.48 - £30.81 per hour (PAYE - LTD) 

  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, days position

  • Duration: Contract (9 months)

  • Benefits: Hybrid working available where service requirements allow, opportunity to work on major regeneration projects

    • Job Role: As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will provide a professional estates management service across the organisation, supporting internal departments with strategic property advice and asset management.
