Senior Equipment Engineering Technician (Temporary 12 Months)

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico

Purpose: Provide daily oversight of improvement projects and support validation engineering on manufacturing lines, oversee change management, and contribute to process improvements and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Daily oversight of improvement projects implemented on the production floor.
  • Provide support in validation engineering executions and improvement projects on manufacturing lines.
  • Oversee change management in production environments.
  • Support tasks including the execution of validation protocols and development of ID generation formats for new equipment.
  • Supports new line validation executions and improvements on existing lines.
