About:
Our client are seeking a highly competent Senior Equipment Engineer / Equipment Engineer to join Etch Module team. Operating within our 8-inch wafer fabrication environment, you will take full ownership of sustaining, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of critical Metal Etch toolsets across key indices: Quality, Uptime, and Cost.
As a Senior/ Engineer, you will drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP), implement robust preventive maintenance, and serve as a technical mentor to elevate the team's capabilities.
Responsibilities- Sustain and continuously improve equipment KPIs regarding quality, uptime, and maintenance costs. Serve as the technical expert for your respective machine specializations.
- Plan, implement, and optimize effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to maximize tool utilization. Document Corrective Actions and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to share across the module.
