What You'll Be Doing

• Line‑manage Security and Software Engineers as part of the London‑based Proactive Security team.
• Lead, scope and set project goals, continuing to support and develop your team.
• Grow a diverse, highly‑skilled group of Security and Software engineers, gaining exposure to scaling a tech team at a unique pace with global reach.
• Create a learning environment and act as a “player‑coach” mentor for engineers, up‑and‑coming tech leads and managers.
• Improve and implement processes and values that scale effectively.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers building and deploying large‑scale services globally.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including core product, infrastructure, design, operations and others.
