Job Description
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage multiple engineering projects and support manufacturing operations in a semiconductor environment. This role will lead engineering teams, drive project execution, and ensure smooth manufacturing support from development stage to high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams, including:
3–4 Managers (direct reports)
10–15 Engineers / Senior Engineers (indirect reports)
Oversee engineering projects from planning, development, build, and production until mass manufacturing.
Support manufacturing operations to achieve quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
Work closely with Product, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and support for engineering and manufacturing issues.
Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and departmental budgets.
