CheckWare is seeking a Senior Manager to lead an engineering organisation across Norway, Poland, and India, with Trondheim as the HQ base. You will steer delivery across three countries, balancing roadmap commitments with technical improvements, compliance, and operational stability.

You will partner with Product Management to translate real user needs into a prioritized backlog and ensure architectural integrity while driving modern engineering practices across a distributed team.
