Senior Engineering Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to take ownership of core platform engineering and delivery across

Bay6.Ai. This role is responsible for system design, backend/frontend engineering, DevOps practices, and

team execution, while partnering closely with the AI/ML Lead, Product Managers, and business

stakeholders.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone who can balance coding, architecture, and

team guidance in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

- Lead day-to-day engineering execution across backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Own system design and architecture for Bay6.Ai’s core platforms and products.

- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations aligned with business needs.
