Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will drive coordinated, high-quality engineering delivery across a portfolio of multi‑use travel center developments.
Lead the development and maintenance of engineering standards, basis of design, and quality assurance processes.Manage third‑party engineering consultants to deliver coordinated, compliant design packages through 30/60/90/IFC milestones.Produce early-stage conceptual site layouts (AutoCAD or similar) to evaluate access, feasibility, utilities, and site constraints.Coordinate internal and external design reviews, ensuring alignment with permitting, entitlements, AHJs, and utility requirements.Oversee constructability reviews, assessing cost, schedule, and efficiency for large, infrastructure-heavy sites.Develop technical scopes and specifications for RFPs and procurement packages.Support construction through review of RFIs, su...
