Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and qualify primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for syringes, vials and cartridges.
Develop packaging concepts that ensure product integrity, safety, sterility, and ease of handling.
Develop and optimise palletized designs (pallet load patterns) for stable storage and transport.
Conduct transport simulation tests, including: Drop tests, Vibration, Compression, Tilt and Climatic Chamber test.
Conduct Design qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new packaging components.
Evaluate packaging materials such as PP, PET, PE, paperboard, and biodegradable films.
Develop eco-friendly packaging using recyclable or biodegradable materials.
Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to measure environmental impact.
