The Engineer – Application Engineering Support (AES) is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of Envestnet’s production wealth management platforms. The role provides Level‑2 application support, working in close collaboration with frontline support, development, infrastructure, and release management teams to investigate and resolve incidents, support production releases, and maintain uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level‑2 application support for assigned business‑critical platforms and services.
Monitor production applications and supporting services, proactively respond to alerts, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Perform initial technical analysis, issue triage, and impact assessment for production incidents.
