Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Design and development of Steering and Rigid Front axle aggregates for small commercial platforms.
Deliver Steering and Front axle aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects.
Resolve field / manufacturing concerns
DFMEA, Design review, DVP generation, analysis using G8D technique
Vehicle level and component level DVP requirements
Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development
Interact with suppliers for proprietary part design and development
Root cause analysis and concern resolution.
Aware of Homologation and regulatory requirements.
Build technology roadmap on the above aggregates and execute potential ideas
Experience
6-8 years’ experience in Automotive with SIL/MIL/HIL is preferable.Industry Preferred
