THE ROLE A Site Reliability Engineer (Systems Engineer) is a member of the Technical Services Team that’s responsible for maintaining and supporting Linedata hosted solutions on premises as well as on the public cloud.Technical Services team is responsible for uninterrupted functioning of hosted client production environments and works as a tier three technical escalation point for our production support team. Primary responsibility of the SRE will be to work with our product teams that are building highly scalable, containerized, microservice based solutions, and deploying / maintaining those in Linedata hosted client environments. It involves design and building system infrastructure (infrastructure as code), implementing security policies, deploying Linedata product suite onto the infrastructure and ensuring its uninterrupted functioning in a client’s production environment.
