Work Flexibility: HybridLead the design, implementation, and integration of system features (software, robotic arm, implants, and surgical instruments) to deliver best-in-class robotic-assisted orthopedic solutions. Work closely with developers and engineers to develop surgical applications and to develop internal processes to enhance scalability. Participate in, solicit feedback and document reports as needed on cadaveric evaluations. Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements.
