Senior Engineer, QA Commissioning, Automation & Electrical Systems-Benoi

Responsibilities Ensures all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning. Prepares and plans the deployment of workers to fulfill the commissioning schedule. Ensures the preparation of procedures and guidelines for systematic commissioning and start-up of equipment. Initiate and manage the commissioning by Coordinating between the company and OEM. Highlight operational issues with regards to machinery and equipment. Ensure that OEM meets the Contractual agreement accordingly. Audit work site regularly and ensure that proper housekeeping is adhered to. Supervise onsite commissioning activities Coordinate work with other Trades Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklist. Track and review progress through HAT meetings. Attend progress meeting to keep up status and close issues with customers.
