Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for Project spec review, ITP preparation, Testing Procedure preparation, Final inspection, Customer Inspection, MDR Document submission related to Control valves. Preparation of WPS/PQR as per ASME Sec IX and relevant Customer specifications

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for review of Customer/Project specification in detail for conformance.
  • Preparation of ITP as per Customer requirement and test procedures for submission to Customer.
  • Responsible for final inspection of products as per Spec and take CAPA in case of non-conformance Co-ordinate Customer inspection, preparation of reports and submission of MDR documents
  • Preparation of weld procedures, Procedure qualification records, Weld map, Review of Customer specs for welding requirements

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering minimum 5 year experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience.
