Senior Engineer, Open World

As a Senior Engineer, Open World in CD PROJEKT RED you will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization and maintenance of our open world technology used in our games. In this position you will cooperate with designers, programmers and other specialists to build the tech that will drive our project high quality and fidelity for the big open-world game.



Daily Responsibilities 

• Designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining open world systems that populate the world with believable NPC behaviors.
• Taking ownership of key open world features, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
• Developing tools and debug utilities to streamline open world development.
