Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Semtech Global NOC -30%

  • Perform telecom nodes troubleshooting to assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the Managed Connectivity services. – 20%

  • Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. – 20%

  • Work with the Network Operations team and Application Support Engineers to ensure maximum uptime of the system. -20%

  • Proactively work to refine documentation and automate processes of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures. – 10%

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or related fields.

  • Schedule flexibility with ability to work non-standard business hours.

  • Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.)

  • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G...
