Job Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor the Semtech Global NOC -30%
Perform telecom nodes troubleshooting to assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the Managed Connectivity services. – 20%
Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. – 20%
Work with the Network Operations team and Application Support Engineers to ensure maximum uptime of the system. -20%
Proactively work to refine documentation and automate processes of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures. – 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or related fields.
Schedule flexibility with ability to work non-standard business hours.
Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.)
Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G...
