What You Will Do
Monitor customer claim trend, collection and analysis data, lead and participate in product quality improvement activities; Handle customer complain based on the relevant procedure/specification and ensure 8D reports are submit to customer within the specified cycle time. Follow up and ensure the preventive/ corrective actions implement well and drive reduction in customer complaints. Update the inspection documents. Such as control plan, inspection plan , cosmetic criteria and so on for corrective action. Conducted an effective process audit to preventive repeat customer complaint, find opportunities for improvement Lead the customer audit which link to customer quality concern; Support and lead Engineer for enhance quality skill and ability; Develop and lead team to improve the efficiency and quality performance Other duties as assigned by management.
