What You Will Do

  • Monitor customer claim trend, collection and analysis data, lead and participate in product quality improvement activities;
  • Handle customer complain based on the relevant procedure/specification and ensure 8D reports are submit to customer within the specified cycle time. Follow up and ensure the preventive/ corrective actions implement well and drive reduction in customer complaints.
  • Update the inspection documents. Such as control plan, inspection plan , cosmetic criteria and so on for corrective action.
  • Conducted an effective process audit to preventive repeat customer complaint, find opportunities for improvement
  • Lead the customer audit which link to customer quality concern;
  • Support and lead Engineer for enhance quality skill and ability;
  • Develop and lead team to improve the efficiency and quality performance
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
