Job Description

  • Bachler’s Degree in Mechanical
  • 10+ years and maximum of 12 Yrs. in HVAC, PHE & FF design experience with minimum of 8-10 Yrs. Experience on Gulf projects design.
  • Responsible for the delivery of quality project deliverables to meet overall project objectives and specifications.
  • Should have experience in value engineering.
  • Should have experience in Design reviews, Material reviews etc...
  • To have good knowledge in HVAC, PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING systems with the team assigned.
  • Expertise in HVAC, PHE, Firefighting systems and BMS controls etc.
  • Expertise in calculation for HVAC, PHE & Firefighting systems
  • Responsible for making peer review of the design in compliance with company QA/QC procedures & its implementation.
  • Expertise in computer skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM platform
