Senior Engineer Local Change Management

Overview

Ensure all changes in material, machine, method, and milieu are performed following defined quality and customer requirements. Responsible to drive and ensure execution of quality control needs within change management and equipment qualification business processes. Develop a Quality First Time Right approach in change qualification projects, achieving milestone fulfilment and time to market.

Your Role

• Ensure change project execution in compliance with defined systematic and requirements and product delivery to customer without deviation
• Deploy and ensure Change Management and Equipment Qualification business process compliance to systematic and meeting defined KPI
• Organize and manage Process Change Review Boards & Equipment Review Board by checking and ensuring the execution quality of the change projects and business process conformance at each milestone, as well as monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensur...
