Sr.Engineer - Lean Six Sigma Facilitator Roles and Responsibilities - Lean Six Sigma Facilitator Responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization. Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process. New process improvements in bottleneck areas to reduce cycle time, increase productivity and reduce defects. Giving presentation to manufacturing Shops /Planning Department for gathering project requirements. To Accelerate Proliferation of lean culture throughout the organization by co leading and facilitating lean deployment. Ensuring continuous improvement in product quality to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the production performance.
