Senior Engineer, IT System Development and Support

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

• Own IT systems in manufacturing locally and support colleagues on different production sites in Asia and Europe. Guarantee smooth manufactoring.
• Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as the liaison between IT technical team, business functions and vendor to ensure requirements and progress are communicated accurately and timely. Work with business functions and vendor in problem solving and troubleshooting. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
