Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Administrate Microsoft 365, exchange on-premises, security gateway and mail relay services
• Drive 3rd party software integration testing, deployment and support troubleshooting
• Support M&A project by planning migration strategies and cutover plan
• Develop scripts and jobs for health check , alerting, and continuous system monitoring
• Coordinate changes with all relevant parties, maintain accurate system configuration and documentation
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level user support to global users
• Identify repeated incident for long term improvement
• On-call rotation after support hours for critical system alert or critical incident
