Key responsibilities in your new role
Provide 2nd and 3rd level SAP Basis support and perform system maintenance, including system health checks, daily monitoring of system performance & tuning, system installation, upgrades, patching, SAP Note check & implementation, client copies/system refreshes, transport management, and user administration
Provide project support and coordinate for the SAP functional area
Handle incident tickets and change requests, including handling security and authorization, job administration, connection issues, and troubleshooting functional topics
Perform problem management, including root-cause analysis, reporting service-impacting issues to management, and actively participating in follow-up actions to restore services to normal operation.
Ensuring high system availability and optimal performance
Conduct continuous system optimization, monitoring, and problem analysis/resolution
