Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering

Responsible for establishing standard time; plant layout; material standard; headcount standard, productivity improvement programs, cost model and IE data management for SA and RPT.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Conduct standard validations, time studies, method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement,
• Study operations sequence, material flow, labor utilization and cost analysis to promote manufacturing efficiency.
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards.
• Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems.
• Update / review / maintain of IE database (iBID, iTFM).
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
